Four week aerial conditioning class

The metrics based, four-week program tracks several strength measurements to show a measurable improvement in one month. This workshop features four, two hour classes on Sundays from either noon - 2pm or 2pm-4pm. Classes incorporate aerial equipment (five fabrics and three trapezes) with yoga and other unique forms of fitness. The point of this program is a measurable increase in fitness instead of artistic development.
During the days in between classes, students will electronically receive daily workouts with videos demonstrating how to do the exercises. Each daily workout will take approximately twenty to thirty minutes to perform and can be performed at home. There will be no additional cost groups workouts during the week for people to make additional progress.
No previous aerial or yoga skills are assumed. All work is done low to the ground so a fear of heights or falling is not an issue. This class is geared towards people who are in moderate to excellent physical shape and are looking to make measurable gains in their fitness. The biggest hurdle to most people sticking with working out is boredom. Combat that with this unique fitness opportunity. Class size will be limited to eight. The point of this program is a measurable increase in fitness instead of artistic development.
