Forrest Yoga
Forrest Yoga is a yoga system created by Ana Forrest (See video).

Ana's approach is to take the principles from the thousands of years of yogic tradition and to apply them to help people leading a western lifestyle.
Compared with most other popular styles, Forrest Yoga is extremely physical and features substantial upper body and abdominal work. Achieving strength is as important in Ana's system as obtaining flexibility and results are seen quickly. Forrest Yoga is known for arm balances, inversions (hand stands, forearm balance, head stand, etc.), and core strengthening.
I have completed Ana Forrest's twenty-nine consecutive day, twelve hours a day teacher training program. It was one of the hardest things that I have ever done, but it was an amazing experience.
